Simple, Transparent Pricing
All Haven Companion Care plans include the same premium level of service. Pricing is based solely on the number of hours scheduled every 4 weeks.
Essential Care
$1,600 Every 4 Weeks
32-48 Hours per 4 Week Period
8-12 Hours per Week
Ideal for seniors who need light, consistent companionship and support with daily routines, while maintaining a high level of independence.
Standard Care
$2,770 Every 4 Weeks
72-88 Hours per 4 Week Period
18-22 Hours per Week
Designed for those who benefit from more regular presence, added structure, and dependable companionship throughout the week.
Premium Care
$4,650 Every 4 Weeks
128-152 Hours per 4 Week Period
32–38 hours per week
Comprehensive companionship for individuals who value continuity, routine, and a steady, reassuring presence in the home.
There are no long-term contracts. Services can be adjusted as needs change, and every client receives the same high standard of care—regardless of plan level. To provide additional flexibility, up to 10% of unused hours may roll over to the following 4 week period only. Eligible rollover hours are rounded down to the nearest whole hour and expire at the end of that period; they are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Please note that rollover is not guaranteed and may be unavailable for any reason.
In rare cases where hours are missed due to caregiver availability, Haven Companion Care may, at its discretion, extend eligible rollover hours into the subsequent billing period, subject to staffing availability.
